Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
How to return a product
Contact us at squishy.contactpro@gmail.com stating your order number. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging and in new condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products or errors on our part.
Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as used when placing the order.
Defective Products
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, we will cover the return costs and proceed with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Legal Guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Contact our customer service to assert these rights.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, nor to personalized products (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
