Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products on the website ma-maison-fraiche.com, published by Maison Fraîche (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only. Products are offered subject to stock availability.
Article 3 - Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs, which are specified before order validation. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 - Order
The customer confirms their order after checking the contents of their cart. The sale becomes final after order confirmation and payment collection.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made online via a secure payment solution. The order is processed only after payment validation.
Article 6 - Delivery
The terms and deadlines are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Deadlines are given for informational purposes only. The transfer of risks occurs upon delivery of the product to the customer.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, under the conditions of our Refund Policy.
Article 8 - Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 9 - Liability
The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of improper use of the product or non-compliance with installation and maintenance instructions.

Article 11 - Disputes and applicable law
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort to consumer mediation before any judicial action.
